While in Pittsburgh filming his new series, The Kill Point, for SpikeTV, which premiered, July 22nd, Michael McGlone could be found twice weekly at MSS keeping up with his voice over work in New York. From this was born a collaboration with Studio owner Rob Deaner,

As an actor: Michael made his debut in the critically acclaimed independent film "The Brothers McMullen" Michael has also appeared in "She's the One", HBO's "Subway Stories: Love on the A train", "The Bone Collector" (with Denzel Washington), and Paramount Pictures' "Hard Ball".
In a return to the role of Queens gangster, which he performed in "One Tough Cop," Michael played Carmen Donnelly in Bob Giraldi's critically acclaimed "Dinner Rush" (with Danny Aiello).
Notable television appearances include a recurring role on CBS's "That's Life," and a guest star on the dramatic series HACK (with David Morse). The episode was the highest rated in the show's history.
More recently, in cameo, Michael can be seen in The War Within, a drama examining terroristic impulses, set in NY and NJ. Premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, it was lauded as one of the finest and most important films of the season.
2006 releases include the independent feature film Fortunes (starring McGlone, James Urbaniak, and Tony Hale), and Bad City, a Chicago-based drama in which the career of an emerging politician (played by McGlone) is threatened by unforeseen circumstances embroiling him in the ever nefarious elements of Chicago's notorious Southside.
As a recording artist: Following the critically acclaimed and popular success of his first, self-produced, album, HERO, Michael McGlone's second, To Be Down, has met with even greater response. To this time, only a limited edition of To Be Down has been made available...but, with his third record emerging, Michael looks forward to its more elaborate release... |
